Welcome! Hopefully you will begin to get to know a little more about me with each post I make.  I have two wonderful dogs, a beautiful step daughter, and a fabulous boyfriend, who all play their part in making my life very hectic sometimes!

Ryan and I have had a crazy couple of years, but are enjoying the fruits of our labour, and have been able to enjoy some great quality time together in the last few months.  Our latest jaunt was to Cuba, where we spent a well deserved week in the sun and reconnected a bit.

Ryan's daughter Madison is a very special girl.  She has faced so many battles and has conquered them all.  While her health can be unpredictable, she has had a great couple of years and has been able to enjoy school more regularly, and even began taking the bus to school! 

Madison is one of the reasons I wanted to start blogging in the first place.  Bringing Madison to friends and family is proving more difficult as she is getting bigger, and requiring more and more "stuff" to come with her.  This will provide our friends and family with a way of checking in on her and seeing what she's up to!
